1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GAL Spark platform (grantalife.com and its associated brand domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. GAL Spark is operated by Grant a Life, registered at 110/2, Paper Mills Road, Agaram, Purasawalkam, Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600082.

2. Services Provided

GAL Spark is a crowdfunding platform that connects donors with verified charitable causes. We facilitate donations, provide tax receipts, and ensure transparency through milestone-based fund disbursement. We do not guarantee the success of any campaign.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make donations.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of fraud or campaign cancellation before fund disbursement. Donations are processed securely through Razorpay. Tax receipts under Section 80G are provided for eligible donations to registered trusts.

5. Campaign Guidelines

Campaigns must be truthful and comply with Indian law. GAL Spark reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates our guidelines, contains misleading information, or is reported for fraud.

6. Platform Fees

GAL Spark charges a platform fee of up to 5% on funds raised, plus applicable payment gateway charges. The fee breakdown is transparently displayed on our Transparency page.

7. Limitation of Liability

GAL Spark acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify campaigns and trusts, we are not liable for the ultimate use of funds by beneficiaries or trusts beyond our verification process. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected.
